Unnecessarily expensive, non cooperative staff, very limited options for food. There are other hotels next to it at cheaper rates better facilities and a great breakfast buffet.

Stay was comfortable and location is also good. I would recommend staying at this place. It’s part of multiplex and a mall, and has multiple food options in the building like Dominos, Sagar Ratna etc.

The furniture in the room is very dirty and spoiled. There is no staff for cleaning. The service is very poor.

I was asked to wait for 40 minutes when i checked in at the hotel. I had arrived at the hotel at 2:40 and still rooms were not clean. The service at reception isntbgood and helpful.

Very good hospitality, staff is really helpful and caring. I booked this accommodation for my parents and they offered complimentary transfer to Banganga.
